This site is operated by Rodney Blount Healing. This policy explains what is collected, why, and what happens to it.
What is collected
Through the contact form. Your name, email address, an optional phone number, your description of your situation, and how you heard about the practice.
Through the intake forms. If Rodney believes he can help and you proceed, the Getting to Know You questionnaire and the Client-Healer Partnership collect further detail about your health and circumstances so that an assessment can be made.
Automatically. Standard web server logs, and analytics about which pages are visited and which page an inquiry came from. This is used to understand how people find the site, not to identify individuals.
How it is used
Information you submit is used only to decide whether Rodney can help with your situation, and — if you become a client — to do that work. It is not sold, rented, traded or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Confidentiality
What clients disclose in sessions and intake forms is treated as strictly confidential. Note that Rodney is an energy healing practitioner, not a licensed medical or mental health provider, so this is a professional commitment rather than a legally privileged relationship such as doctor-patient or attorney-client. How long it is kept
Inquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted once they have been answered and a reasonable follow-up window has passed. Client records are kept for as long as the working relationship continues, and a reasonable period afterward.
Cookies
This site sets a small cookie recording which page you arrived on and where you came from, so that an inquiry can be attributed to its source. It contains no personal information. WordPress and any analytics in use may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write in through the contact form and say what you want done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new review date.
